Pen Turning

Craig Fyock teaches a one on one Pen Turning Classes here at Wood World by appointment. Classes are usually scheduled Tue-Sat.

This will be a hands on class. Students will turn two Comfort Grip pens (other pens available for additional fee) and will learn a Friction Polish Finish as well as a CA Finish.

Class Size : 1 person $100.00

2 person (related by blood or

marriage/co-habituating) is $150.00 for the pair

Classes last 4 hrs or 2 pens which ever comes first.

Bring with you to class: Safety Glass/Face shield & Dust Mask. Proper attire: Shoes or boots (No Sandals, Flip Flops etc.) No Jewelery, baggie shirts and long hair must be put up.

Easy Beginning Bowl Class

The Easy Beginning Bowl Turning Classes here at Wood World by appointment. Classes are usually scheduled on Saturdays

This will be a hands on class. Students will turn One Bowl using the Easy Tools Rougher and Finisher. As well as turning the student will learn the proper use of a chuck and chuck with Cole Jaws (bottom decoration on bowls) ;as well as,several finishing techniques.

Class Size : 1 person $125.00

2 person (related by blood or

marriage/co-habitating) is $200.00 for the pair

Classes scheduled for 4hrs
