5.5x5.5. 18 per package. Simple Leaf is a new innovation in composition leaf. It is placed on a waxed transfer paper under pressure. When the leaf is applied to the adhesive the leaf only adheres to the glued area. The excess leaf stays on the transfer paper so there is virtually no waste. It also prevents the mess that can be associated with leafing. (Simple Leaf is designed for flat surfaces.) Simple Leaf is traditional metal leaf applied to a waxed transfer film so it is easily applied to flat surfaces without the mess and waste of traditional metal leaves. When Simple Leaf is applied to a glued surface, only the leaf that is applied to the glue is removed from the transfer film. This allows the artist to save time and money by reusing the remaining leaf on the transfer film. (See project and technique page for more details.) Just like our regular leafing, our gold Simple Leaf is made up of copper and zinc which, when formulated correctly, closely resembles pure gold but is a fraction of the price.
