2x2x12 Cocobolo runs from yellow - orange to deep purple depending on what country it comes from. . Most of ours is the yellowish/orange variety.
This picture I grabbed a random block out of the stack. I planned it, sanded with 100 grit belt , Beall Buffed with Tripoli and White Diamond buffing compounds, and finished with Carnauba Wax.
