Holy Land Olivewood Turning Billets1.5x1.5 up to 2x 2 and 5-9" long (Small)

These billets are Original Olive Wood from the Holy Land and can be different colors, depending on the age of the tree. The soft sheen of lightly polished wood reflects nothing but its own radiance; the darker amber growth lines meander through the contours of the heart wood and creates an abstract pattern that draws the eye and the mind to ponder the life story of the tree that it came from.

These billets are green cut and dipped in wax to retard checking. As with all olivewood there are very few clear pieces. Some will have some if not all of these: Check, voids and or bark inclusions.

Size : 1.5x 1.5 up to 2"x2" and 5-9" long. We will pick the largest clearest pieces first. No piece is exactly the same size. Again sizes vary.
