Price is per blank. The blanks measure 1.5" square by 5" long. These blanks are great and allow you many options when making them. You can paint the drilled hole and copletely change the look of these blanks or leave the whole unpainted and see the shank of the bottle stopper. The white side of the mesh is on the "outside" of the blank. On the top two layers of the blank, it points up, and on the bottom two layers it points down.
