Rikon 1" x 42" Belt x 8" Disc Sander Model 50-144

This combination Belt & Disc sander has a powerful 110V, 1/3HP motor which spins the 8" disc speed of 1726 RPM and the 1"x42"belt at 3000 sq.ft. per minute for fast stock removal. This nice unit features a solid cast iron base with rubber feet to keep it from moving around on your bench. Both the belt and disc tables are cast iron with miter slots and tilt from 0 to 45 degrees which adds a lot of versatility to this machine. Removable belt plate allows sanding of curves or odd-shaped material. It even has two 2" dust ports for easy dust extraction. This unit works great for many applications but is especially handy when attaching knife scales to any knife kit.
