Issue 1 : It has come to our attention that there are scam/fraudulent websites which pretend to sell aw Wood World of Texas at wwoodworld-shop.com and possibly others . Do not make a purchase from this websites! As far as we can tell it is a phishing site that has stolen our copy righted logo and site layout,
If you have made a purchase at an unofficial website we suggest contacting your credit card provider immediately and cancel that card.
There may be more online scams out there as well. For that reason, please be safe when shopping online, and follow the following rules:

b. We are located in Dallas Texas and phone # 972-977-4768
c. our email is woodworldtx@gmail.com, sales.woodworldtx@gmail.com & Nbrownlee.woodworldtx@gmail.com
d. The retailer only offers payment through services that will not protect against fraudulent transactions (i.e. Zelle, Venmo, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency).
If you suspect that you have found a fraudulent website or want verification that a website is legitimate, please call our customer service department at 972-669-9130 or send an email to sales.woodworldtx@gmail.com before you pay any money on that website. Our customer service team will verify whether a site is legitimate.
