These are an up grade over cheaper Steak Knives. They boast a stiffer blade and a blade that will hold an edge and cut through flank steak like its warm butter. The satin finish will provide an excellent and stunning impression. Sharpened and heat treated ready for handling and final finishing. Made from high carbon 9CR14 steel it keeps its edge.
